Job Summary: This member will be playing the role of Lead Business Analyst / Product Owner Counterpart, operating near shore to Customer (based in Alexandria). Should be ready to visit Customer on need basis (based on Covid restrictions).   Minimum Qualifications: Minimum of 7 years’ experience as a Business Analyst Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Power Point, Excel, and Outlook Competency in Flowchart tools such as Visio, Lucid Chart etc. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a proven track record of delivering effective documentation Strong interpersonal skills, ability to collaborate with multiple departments Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail required to ensure accuracy and effective execution of all projects and tasks undertaken Ability to perform comfortably in a fast-paced, high-intensity, deadline-oriented work environment Proven analytical skills to solve complex problems   Required Skills: Business Requirement Definition Business Analysis Approach Identification and Definition Business Need Definition Business Analysis Planning and Monitoring, MS Office Problem-Solving   Preferred Qualifications: Experience in Healthcare IT market preferred   Responsibilities: Collaborates with cross-functional teams and various stakeholders, including analytics, design/user experience, engineering, and user enablement. Interfaces between technology teams, support teams, and business units Works in an Agile environment and continuously review business needs, refines priorities, outlines milestones and deliverables, and identifies opportunities and risks. Leads the functional design/ solution process aligned to business and develops optimization strategies Translates product roadmap into well-defined product requirements including features, user stories, and acceptance test criteria Effectively represents product requirements via flowcharts, wireframes, and prototypes Works with the Product Manager to prioritizes and maintain the sprint backlog for assigned products, balancing requirements of stakeholders. Manages multiple priorities, customer expectations and relationships with all stakeholders. Manages relationships with customers, Product Managers, Project managers, and any/all levels of management. Coordinates User Acceptance Testing, remediates defect resolution and supports in training efforts for end users and staff members
