Business analyst experience on Analytics projects Experience of working on Marketing or Retention or customer Analytics related projects Data profiling & intermediate SQL/HQL Basic/Intermediate PowerBi, Tableau Skills Develop and document functional solution design specifications for various analytics projects, dashboards and reports in alignment with IDS unified data architecture standards. Functional solution design on big data technologies is desired. Perform business requirement analysis, data profiling required for the solution design, with the help of HQL,Tableau and Powerbi. Work with IDS developers and drive/triangulate the delivery of the analytics projects Good understanding of Subscription business models and the importance of customer journey touch points for delivering intelligent insights for measuring conversion and retention KPI’s. Regular interaction with business communicating the roadmap towards achieving key business objectives. Work within the framework of the Scrum standards to deliver business needs. Work in a matrix & collaborative environment with solution management, architects and “virtual” functional teams across multiple geographies Work in a fast-paced startup like environment.
