Position:Business Analyst SME (Insurance) Location: San Antonio, TX Duration: Contract Years of Experience: 10 - 15 Years Mandatory Skills Experience with US/UK/Indian/APAC Business Consulting / Solutioning predominantly with leading Non-Life (P&C) insurance Job Description Hands on understanding of the US insurance products, operations and processes, industry trends, best practices and overview of regulatory/compliance issues A strong understanding and background in IT services, insurance technology solutions, account mining and operational improvement are essential. As a leader in our insurance vertical, the candidate must bring in experience, insight, and credibility in insurance domain. Excellent problem solving, communication, team and client management skills are essential. This role requires strong leadership skills, ability to mobilize, build and motivate teams, a strong sense of personal initiative and demonstrated capabilities of being a thought leader. Candidates must be comfortable presenting to C-level executives, and senior business and technology leaders, and must be persuasive and influential. Should be able to conceptualize, analyze, and present solutions in the insurance domain. In addition, the candidate should be skilled at developing long term relationships at senior levels within customer organizations.
