Job Details:
Technical BA with Salesforce marketing cloud • Understand the technical(architectural/design) functional aspects of WING/CEP/CM applications:
o Understand what various publishing systems do and how they leverage WING o Understand various integrations between components end to end.
o Understand any onboarding process for a specific document/alert etc. WING is used to set-up o Understanding of best practices and design patterns & should be able to make recommendations and critique the design.
o Nice to have - ability to understand the code to help team troubleshoot o Should be able to pull up data from Database to address any BU/Legal/Compliance ask.
o Socialize any technical requirements with dependent partners.

• Manage business questions
o Clarify the business use case and requirements for any enhancements and relay that to tech teams.
o Prepare any material such as ppts/twiki to lay down, architecture & design, functional requirements or rules needed to be implemented for processing.
o Support team in overall strategy and implementation/planning(high level) of changes.

• Provide coverage for production issues – WING/CEP/CM o Engage Business/Tech/ASG as appropriate.
o Leverage knowledge from #1 to do this effectively and quickly.
