Roles and Responsibilities:

4+ years working as a Business Analyst, Operations Analyst, or Product Analyst
2+ years providing exceptional customer service, especially with crisis management
2+ years operating in a SaaS environment: should be familiar with high-level concepts of databases, cloud computing (AWS), software development, security, etc.
1+ years technical experience with SQL (Python or R acceptable)
Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Diagramming software such as LucidChart / Visio
Ability to use data analysis concepts to analyze product data.
Strong experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Word).
Detail and process oriented with focus on continuous improvements to maximize efficiencies.
Work cross-functionally with different teams to troubleshoot customer issues.
Assist with training and onboarding new customers or products.
Work with Product Owners to develop and prioritize the backlog and Operations product vision.
Collaborate with agile teams daily, clarifying details and answering questions about direction or strategy, and actively participate in Scrum events and other planning activities.
