Job Description:
Defines system and functional requirements across a variety of technologies and complex business processes.
Coordinates with business constituents to determine overall application controls, requirements and documents those controls/requirements.
Works collaboratively with software engineers to instill defined requirements into developed solutions.
Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with key organizations and across all levels of management.
Good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle Methodologies.
Good experience in Agile methodology (Scrum
Experience/Education:
Minimum 3-4 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
Good experience in insurance domain.
Hands-on experience as a power user of Jira and Confluence (or similar
Experience with MS Visio, MS Project, Office tools, SharePoint or similar tools.
Skills in coordinating activities, active listening, and monitoring performance of the teams.
Excellent communication skill.
