Job Description :
Senior business system analyst positions to assist the Business Solutions Group in facilitating JAD session to elicit and document requirements BRD User Stories and other needed deliverables as well as providing subject matter expertise to HealthCare Management team and IT related initiatives
This position will need interaction with Senior IT Leadership Operations Business Owners third party development vendors and internal IT development departments responsible for integration reporting etc
Excellent communication and presentation skills are a must Superior Interpersonal skills as well as high caliber Presentation skills to Senior Management is required
The analyst should be able to pick up a project from day 1 and demonstrate solid understanding of the business need and should require minimal hand holding
The Analyst should have excellent track record on project deliverables and should perform his or her duties at a Sr analyst ranking
The person should be result oriented and should thrive for excellence.
Primary deliverables and activities for this position will be Business Requirements Documents User Stories Solution Options Document Requirements Traceability Matrix Use Cases UAT Test Plans Test Cases Activity Diagrams Process Flows using Visio BWL Gap Analysis Defect Root Cause Analysis Conducting JAD sessions Data Mapping Documents Experience 5 to 7 years of experience as a business system analyst is required Proficiency in facilitating meeting for requirements elicitation and clearly documenting the requirements is a must 4 Plus years of experience in the health insurance industry is required Should be highly knowledgeable regarding various health care provider types
Looking for knowledge in Sales force and APIs etc Looking for experience in Healthcare management vendor implementation i e McKesson Sales Force or AWS certification preferred
