li>Knowledge of the methods of SDLC, Agile, Waterfall/li>

li>Knowledge of Medicaid MMIS Operations/li>
li>Experience with CMS MMIS Certification process/li>
li>Project Management experience/li>
li>Knowledge of and/or experience with Pennsylvania?s healthcare programs./li>

Minimum Qualifications
ul>
li>Five years of experience as a business analyst, or systems analyst in a Medicaid environment/li>
li>Two years of experience working on large, complex DDI projects with all phases of the SDLC/li>
li>Experience developing and reviewing DDI deliverables/li>
li>Experience in working on projects with multiple vendors/li>
li>Experience identifying project risks/issues/li>
li>Experience developing and reviewing project schedules and ensuring dependencies are captured/li>
li>Strong written and verbal communication skills/li>
