- Business Analyst JD : Require experienced Business Analyst who can drive workshops independently and finalize solution. Candidate with Auto Finance domain understanding is preferred.
Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology.
• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Location. or be willing to relocate to the area.

• Experience as a domain / business consultant or Business Analyst .
• Experience in an industry practitioner in Automotive/Mortgage Finance domain.
At least 4 years of experience in Business Analyst Skills.
• At least 4 years of experience in Business Process Consulting, problem definition.
• At least 4 years of experience in capturing requirements related to internal/external consulting, documenting, and mapping current business process
• At least 4 years of experience in Business Analysis Skills – Requirements analysis, Elicitation, Agile Methodologies
• Analytical and Communication skills
• Planning and Co-ordination skills
• Experience with project management
• Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel.
• Ability to understand and use advance analysis methods in slightly complex client scenarios to ensure problem areas are identified and impact on the business is understood
• Experience in facilitating meeting and drive discussions with senior customer executives, business users, and IT team members
• Exposure to estimation process to convert requirements into sizing information
• Experience in functional testing
• Experience in Use case and test scenario documentation
• Familiarity with IT and software development project lifecycle
• Experience with Agile practices
