Candidate Must have delivered HR/Payroll implementation for a large company
15+ years of experience as an agile Business Analyst
• Executing the integration from a 25 year old legacy application scheduled to be sunsetted to a SaaS based Cloud solution for time collection, work schedules and payroll
• Workforce management and/or payroll transformation project experience
• Payroll integration experience in either ADP, Kronos, Ceridian, or Workforce
• Strong working knowledge of SAFe, Agile ceremonies, and writing user stories
