Job Title : Jr Business Analyst
Location : Boston , MA & Durham , NC & Merrimack ,NH
Required Skills :
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 3+ years of proven ability in an analyst, technology, or product role, passionate about digital solutions
- Demonstrable experience working in Agile product execution and delivery involving business, design, and technology teams
- Experience and knowledge of health care and /or benefits administration preferred
- Dedication to customer needs and frequently delivering high-business-value features
- Operates independently and fulfills tasks with little direction; beginning to drive work of others
- Experience using data to find opportunities and drive decision-making; may have conducted user research or competitive analysis
- Excellent listening, communication (verbal and written), influencing, and presentation skills
- Self-motivated, problem solver with flexibility to adapt to frequent changes
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, document management and Jira preferred
