We are looking for a Full time/contract employee for a Business Analyst.

Effective Written Communications - The Business Analyst uses their knowledge of Texas Medicaid Programs and experience with required software development processes and standards to perform analysis and testing on moderately complex items that effectively meet the needs of TX HHS. Business Analysts must demonstrate good time management and communication skills. They produce work products that demonstrate quality, efficiency, and effective use of standards and procedures.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
Texas based resource able to work the team hours to attend all stand-ups, planning, retrospectives, etc.
Proficiency in Microsoft office suite at least 1+ years of experience (in particular PowerPoint and Excel)
Strong organizational skills
2+ years of effective written communication
Strong oral communication and interpersonal skills
