Engagement Description:

Assist the Deliver Leadership in managing projects of varying size and complexity
Assistance includes maintaining work plans in MS Project, maintaining issue / risk logs in SharePoint, analyzing and monitoring financials, documenting change controls and meeting facilitation and minutes


Duties /Responsibilities:

Under general direction, assists project and program managers in creating and maintaining project planning documents and reports.
Able to set up complex project meetings, at multiple locations, with various skype/room login configurations.
Assist in estimates, re-estimates, on-going cost maintenance and forecasting.
Supports project metrics analysis, team communication, resource planning, risk analysis, report generation, and documentation control.
Adheres to Project Management Office policies, procedures, and methodologies.
Performs complete range of standard administrative duties by utilizing appropriate PC applications to prepare and compose correspondence, status reports, minutes, numerical data, tracking of project assignments, charts and forms in an accurate manner.
Provides support to ensure client/customer service expectations are met.
Establish and maintain project files.
Manage the weekly and monthly financial reports for the project management team to include reporting of weekly run rate for each project
Participate in and act as the Scribe for key project meetings.
Provide support for strategic meetings by preparing and distributing agendas, minutes and other pertinent documentation.
Provides analytical support to the delivery and project management leads to extract and prepare reports supporting the on time, on budget, and quality for each implementation
Prepare Ad Hoc reports upon request
Track budget and actual costs for each project and prepare analysis of differences


QUALIFICATIONS:

Top Three Technical Skills/Experience:

Proven experience with Microsoft Project – 2+ Years
Strong mathematical skill for financial tracking – 3+ Years
Knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Word and SharePoint – 3+ Years


Required Skills/Experience:

Minimum of 2-5 years of administrative / project support experience.
Minimum of 3 to 5 years of financial and metrics reporting experience
Experience in the financial aspects of a project (estimation, forecasting, etc
Strong mathematical skills
High proficiency with MS Project.
High proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Knowledge of SharePoint.
Demonstrated excellent written and oral communication skills.
Strong organizational and follow-through skills, and particularly strong attention to detail.
Demonstrated flexibility, self-discipline and ability to work independently, as well as within a group.
Ability to work effectively with multiple clients.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and timeframes.
Ability to interact effectively with BCBSM representatives at various levels.
Ability to perform as a self-starter, with motivation to consistently produce high quality results.
Strong creative problem-solving skills


Preferred Skills/Experience:

Healthcare experience preferred


Educational Requirements:

Bachelor''s degree required
PMP certification preferred
