TITLE: Business Analyst LOCATION: REMOTE JOB DESCRIPTION: Description: Candidate will be working in supporting and enhancing clients? business applications developed using the following suite of applications and programming languages: Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (Online), Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, C Sharp (C#) Plugins, C#. Custom Workflow Activities, Canvas App, Model Driven Architecture (MDA), Azure Functions, Azure VM, PaaS (SQL Server), JavaScript, jQuery, and Liquid Templates. The candidate will analyze current business processes and make recommendations for improvement based on industry trends and professional business knowledge ? improve training and operational procedures to increase efficiency and productivity ? work directly with end users to understand the individual needs of the users (internal and external) ? create and present reports to executive team members and stakeholders to support recommendations ? work with CRM developers and user acceptance testing (UAT) staff members to provide clarification and draft UAT scripts ? oversee implementation of projects from beginning to end ? use data analysis and organization tools to discover the most impactful insights ? write new requirements and maintain existing requirements in Azure Dev Ops (ADO) and the functional design documents. Business Analyst Requirements: ? A minimum of 3 years of experience as a business analyst working with applications developed using Microsoft Dynamics 365 ? A minimum of 3 years of experience with prioritizing and documenting business requirements in Azure DevOps and writing functional design documents for CRM applications ? A minimum of 3 years of experience leading small project teams of up to five members and hosting RAD/JAD sessions ? A minimum of 3 years of experience with agile systems development methodology ? A minimum of 3 years of experience with team management and the formation of effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders ? Ability to document system scenarios and identify impacted roles impacted to help develop a change management/training plan
