Role:Business Analyst Location: Oklahoma (Will consider remote IF they sit in the CST time zone) Duration:6-12 months contract Requirements and Job Description: Business Analyst experience in Agile and Devop environments Experience running daily stand ups and running the board Experience running devops/spring boards and assigning tasks to developers NO QA background Req Notes : Tim is primarily looking for a pretty high level experience BA who is well-rounded and has worked on a variety of projects. Historically does not want to do a lot of training. His group supports dept of health so someone with a health background is nice but not a requirement. They oversee app dev, integrations, vendor management projects, etc. They ensure their health clients get what they need. Devops environment and working towards Agile (coming from waterfall environment). He has seem some resumes lately he didn't like: QA people masquerading as BA's are a no-go; they need to have true BA experience. Soft Skills: Must be good communicators. Will need to communicate with the health stakeholders, the CIO, CTO, and the little guys as well. They're really looking for someone to come in and own communication, keeping all parties informed on progress weekly, and ideally daily.
