Role: Business analyst Location: Boston, MA Duration: 1 year Job Description: o Results oriented information systems leader with a strong track record of people leadership and project delivery excellence. o Serve as tactical IT liaison to the business. o Provide recommendations to address and resolve business issues, improve business processes, and leverage opportunities. o Demonstrate broad understanding of business, specifically around manufacturing support, Lifecycle Management, Master Data Management, Change Management and Quality functions. o Be point of contact for business focused application questions and be able to identify and leverage resources across IT. o Find, negotiate and implement solutions to drive project activities to timely completion. o Drive organizational improvements in areas of lean business process and information systems. Skills: o Excellent planning, communication, bias for action / results oriented, ownership / accountability and negotiation skills ? including advocacy and ability to manage without direct authority. Demonstrated political savviness. Must be customer focused and able to deal with ambiguity. o 3-5 Years relevant experience in Pharma or Biotechnology manufacturing processes or equivalent. o 5+ Years relevant experience in manufacturing integrations. o Experience in Product Lifecycle Management IT systems implements &/or Support is desirable. o Large project implementation experience. o SDLC ?
