Job Description:
- Participate and Facilitate Job Requirement meetings
- Participate in Sprint Grooming, Planning, Review, Retrospective meetings and Daily Stand-ups
- Analyze Requirements
- Develop Wireframes
- Write User Stories and Acceptance Criteria
- Work with Product Owner, Scrum Master and the Development team throughout the sprint
- Participate in Sprint demos to Product Owners and End Users
- Maintain backlog of user stories
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years experience as Business Analyst in an Agile SCRUM Environment
- Demonstrable experience in understanding Business Requirements, analyzing them and converting them into well written User Stories and Acceptance Criteria
- Experience in working with Developers (UI developers, Front-end and Back-end Developers) during Grooming and Planning Meeting
- Experience in performing end user testing
- Experience in Jira is preferred
