We are seeking BigPanda Automation Architect. This role requires close partnership and collaboration with other Subject Matter Experts. As a BigPanda automation architect, you will be responsible for a wide range of activities that span the entire spectrum of current state discovery to delivery of recommendations, automations, architectures, plans, roadmaps, and financial benefits for our clients as they journey through the BigPanda AIOps platform to enhance their current experience. You will also support knowledge transfer with the objective of providing value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.
Responsibilities:
· Partner to influence and support innovation & continued drive towards Automation, touch less operational sustainment as a design/architecture construct working with AIOps based BigPanda
· Understand the client requirements and communicate how automation through BigPanda can address their business needs and technical challenges, from high-level architecture to individual feature detail
· Develop strategy & roadmap for IT Infra Operations Automation via BigPanda AIOps platform
· Design, Develop and maintain reference patterns for automation best practices and Orchestration.
· Deploy and maintain engineered automation solutions through BigPanda results.
· Lead technical automation activities of project teams and/or execute technical tasks in the design, development, implementation, and documentation of process automation/control projects.
· Troubleshoot issues reported by clients (generally involving clients’ monitoring tools)
· Act as a domain expert in the monitoring space
· Create content (Docs, workflow diagrams, testing plans) to show customers how to implement specific use cases or best practices
· Serve as a subject matter expert by recommending best practices and providing use cases that solve customers' needs and goals.
· Provide on-site training and guidance to technical and non-technical project stakeholders.
· Manage the execution of a strategic automation program according to the strategic roadmaps aligned with CTO and other stakeholders
Qualifications:
· Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Denver, CO or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel in the US
· Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
· 15 + years' experience in Infrastructure design and implementation
· 5+ years of experience with AIOps (Artificial Intelligence for IT Operations) platforms.
· Self-starter with an in-depth hands-on work experience with automation of IT Infra Ops
· Excellent hands-on experience on BigPanda AIOps platform
· Strong working experience on automation of different aspects of the incident management lifecycle through AI/ML (BigPanda)
· Expertly manage the complete end-to-end operations life cycle of BigPanda
· Experience supporting large enterprise customers in BigPanda automation activities across executive and technical stakeholders

- Demonstrated ability to learn and educate others on rapidly changing technology and strategies and to maintain a broad skill set in common enterprise IT Infra Operations

- Excellent ability to manage multiple priorities
- Good written and verbal communication and social skills for presenting to internal and external audiences
The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email, or face to face.
