Role: Bench Sales Recruiter Location: Begumpet, Hyderabad. Job Type: Full-time Shift: Night Shift, Eastern Time Experience: 1-3 years Roles and Responsibilities: Must have 1-3 years of experience as Bench Sales Recruiter. Must have experience in marketing and placing candidates on all work authorized visas such as OPT, CPT, H1B, H4 EAD, TN Visa, Green Card and US Citizens. Good understanding on the various technologies in IT Recruitment and broad understanding on how the market works, etc. Responsible for editing and formatting resumes matching consistency and giving visual and technical perfection to them for presenting it to clients. Maintaining Candidate/Vendor relation on the progress of submittals made, Interview Coordination and taking care of the joining formalities. Ensure the target is met in terms of required submittals on a daily basis as well as required number of placements. Must be able to identify suitable requirements from various job boards, Professional & Social networking sites and apply for consultants. Ability to work both in a team as well as independently. Should possess good negotiation and persuasion skills. Goal-oriented, self-starter, team player and quick learner. Candidates should be flexible for the time and good at multitasking.
