Core technical Skills
Core must - PHP, React Js, Angular, CSS (Core Java can be alternate to PHP) - MUST HAVE
Good to have – web technologies - Redux, Relay, and React Router, GraphQL - MUST HAVE
Backend – Strong SQL, (Relational Database and No-SQL) – MUST HAVE
Comfortable with ORM, HIVE , ETL Pipelines ( Low priority )
preferred data engineering environment, Machine learning based projects
experience backend services in enterprise scale applications
Experience of working in multiple layered architecture, microservice.
Good core coding skills, data structure knowledge.
Person who has sone ground-up development rather than support or enhancement
Scratch coding rather than using standard LAMP frameworks.
Other good points
Companies worked for Google, Facebook ( 6 Months cooling), Apple, Amazon, Yahoo, LinkedIn Etc

Mobile developers, Front end developer working on app development, larva or another LAMP framework. Drupal only experts or other e-commerce platform developers, No Advance SQL experience , Laravel, Symfony , Zend Framework, CodeIgniter, CakePHP , FuelPHP , Yii 2, Phalcon
