Job Description :
Title: Backend Developer Location: Toronto, ON Duration: Contract JD for Backend Developer Java More than 7+ Years of experience AWS (mainly AWS components like API Gateway, EC2, AWS Databases, AWS caches and similar technologies) Should be capable of designing and developing micro-services independently Strong knowledge and hands on Java 8/9/11/14 Spring boot, Spring Cloud and related architecture Swagger and other application for testing and API contract Must have strong knowledge in MVC architecture Should be able to design Batch Jobs with Java Worked as architect and have delivered backend solution Experience with Service-Oriented Application Architecture and REST APIs, Micro Services, gRPC Should have knowledge on HTTP1 and HTTP2 Java programming, persistent data stores such as Cassandra, Memcached, MySQL among others. Hands-on Experience in designing & developing application solutioning using Cassandra, Kafka or RabbitMQ Knowledge of architectural, design, programming and testing techniques Solid understanding of the Developer side of DevOps, including Git, Maven/Gradle, Jenkins/Hudson/Bamboo, SonarQube, Automated testing, Automated deployment Mandatory skill Java 8 to 11 (below Java 8 will not work) Strong communication (written and verbal) skills Should be able to build PoCs in no time Should have knowledge working on Self Serve Portal
