Job title:: Backend/API Tester Location: San Francisco, CA Duration: Long term Minimum Qualifications: 1. Strong programming and scripting skills 2. Recent 4-5 years of related practical hands on experience 3. Experience in integrating testing artifacts with CI/CD pipeline 4. Qualified with one or more of the following: a. Expertise in Backend/API testing. Knowledge of GOLang, Linux, databases/SQL/Postgresql, shell scripting is preferred b. Expertise in P&C Claim domain Preferred Qualifications: 1. P&C Insurance domain knowledge 2. Strong problem solving abilities and capable of articulating specific technical topics or assignments 3. Desire to automate everything and reduce the time required to manually test products 4. Expert in breaking down problems and identify scenarios to provide end to end test coverage 5. Able to work under minimal supervision and quick to adopt new technologies 6. Proactively identifies and removes project obstacles or barriers on behalf of the team 7. Shares knowledge, power, and credit, establishing trust, credibility, and goodwill 8. Excellent communication skills and the ability to interface with senior leadership with confidence and clarity.
