Must Haves: o Experience with ADP GlobalView implementations o Familiarity with Workday HR (i.e. ability to create Workday reports) o Functional knowledge of US Payroll o Experience working with/interpreting ADP Blueprinting document Scope of activities o Resource would need to be able to work as the functional payroll BA as well as assist the business with validation and troubleshooting activities related to parallel testing and production cutover. -Run reports from Workday -Run reports from GlobalView -Create reports in GlobalView -Prepare data validation documents (create a spreadsheet containing information from Workday and GlobalView reports and writing excel formulas to compare) -Assist with data validation -Assist with troubleshooting reasons for variance (why Workday values don't match GlobalView values) -Assist with manual data entry in GlobalView -Write requirements / clarify requirements for the HRIT team -Assist with answering questions from the HRIT team (i.e. answer mapping questions by referring to the ADP blueprinting document) -Assist with data conversion activities (mostly covered in the above but adding this to cover anything specific I might have missed) Nice to have o Experience on an implementation moving from Workday Payroll to ADP GlobalView o Workday Payroll experience o Workday certification o Experience in creating PECI, PICOF, G2, Event Driven Integration, and Reconciliation Integration for ADP GlobalView o Experience in creating SSL files for ADP GlobalView o Ability to resolve issues with Workday - ADP integrations / file loads Required Skills : Workday (i.e. ability to create Workday reports) ADP Globalview implementations Functional knowledge of US Payroll Experience working with/interpreting ADP Blueprinting document
