Type: 12+ Months Contract


Overview:
The Sr. Business Analyst is responsible for designing, enhancing and testing the Salesforce application to meet the company’s business process requirements.
Working with support leaders, IT staff, and other operations team members, this role will apply functional knowledge and technical expertise in the implementation of standard and custom Salesforce applications.

Responsibilities:
Work independently & on multiple projects against deadlines in a dynamic environment where consistently producing deliverables within agreed upon timelines is expected
Participate in the full application life cycle from technical design to development, testing, and deployment
Ability to analyze complex business processes and identify gaps/improvement
Contribute to the overall configuration, design and layout of the Salesforce.com system architecture. Create and manage complex workflow rules, data validation, and system triggers
Write design documentation and training materials supporting business needs
Work closely with business operations, sales/marketing managers, and others business leaders to determine project requirements
Assist in the evaluation of AppExchange tools for feasibility and impact to the business
Create and manage project plans that lead to the successful implementation of new Salesforce applications

Qualifications:
5 years as a Business System Analyst
Project Management skills
Experience in solution design, database modeling, and working with technical architect
Ability to work in a fast pace environment and to work on multiple projects at a time.
Excellent interpersonal, listening, oral and written communication skills.
Advanced skills in MS Office with a particularly strong skill set in Visio
Strong facilitation skills
Salesforce.com knowledge a plus
Knowledge of Agile delivery practices
Bachelor''s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or similar


Required Skills :
5+ years of Business Systems Analyst experience specifically with SalesForce
Experience in full application life cycle from technical design to development, testing, and deployment
MS Office
