1.Should have hands-on experience in working as .Net application developer / Lead for at least 3 projects and should have exposure to all phases of SDLC
2.Sound understanding of .Net Core and standard framework, C#, Entity framework
3.Understanding of the technologies in the various architecture tiers – presentation, middleware, data access and integration, ability to propose and implement solution using .Net and related technologies.
4.Should be able to learn any new framework quickly
