Key skill-

  1. candidates should have experience in hosting applications in the Azure cloud.
  2. Candidates should be able to size and scale the application in Azure cloud.
  3.   someone who has grown into an Azure Architect from App Dev background and not from DevOps/Infra.
  4. You need an experienced Azure Architect with hands-on knowledge on Azure resources and also how lift/shift migration works and then migrating to Cloud Native.
  5. What are the traits in moving, what needs to happen. Purely works as a management consultant in running clients cloud strategy and operations.
  6. Bring thought leadership on Architecture and Qs Clients teams on their design and provide options.
