Title: Automation Developer

Location: Lumberton, MS (Initial remote)

Duration: 1 year

DAY IN THE LIFE OF THE AUTOMATION DEVELOPER

  • You will have the opportunity to collaborate with Operations, Engineering, and IT to efficiently design and implement systems
  • Support and maintain control systems hardware and software
  • Participate in the Architectural Design for the Control Systems
  • Manage change control and ensure all systems are documented and backed-up

Technical Requirements

  • Robotic Programming and interfacing
  • Control system network configuration and troubleshooting
  • Basic logic programming including ladder logic and multi-axis motion control
  • Provide support to team for problem identification and opportunities to increase efficiency and productivity
  • Python Programming
  • SQL Server
  • Operator Interface Design (UIX)

Education & Other Requirements

  • Minimum Associates in Computer Science or Technical School Certification
  • 5+ Years Automation Programming Experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Valid Driver's License is required for business travel
