We are looking for a strong ASP.net Specialist with minimum of 10 plus years of experience. Incumbent will work on the development of OB Navigator Community Health Worker Registry application developed in .Net, development of applications will be .Net MVC C Incumbent will be assigned with other duties as needed with the OB Navigator other project tasks working with data related projects and analytics.

Incumbent will be responsible for the design, development, and implementation of CHW Registry and also provide ongoing maintenance support of the application as well as make upgrades and enhancements to it. Developer will closely work with other IT staff in the agency, Indiana Office of Technology and Program area SME’s.

Preferred Experience:

Hands on experience of 15+ years in Microsoft .Net technology experience including , C#, MVC & Web Service experience is required.
10+ years’ experience working with Oracle (12c, 18c) & SQL Server. (Will develop tables, create packages, write triggers, etc
Current experience working with Web Services.
Experience with DevOps environment is a plus.
Expert understanding of SDLC
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to solve complex programming issues.
Experience in Health Industry is a plus.
Experience with Telerik controls is a plus.
