- 5 to 12 years of total industry experience across one or multiple functions- Consulting, Product Management, Digital Transformation, Analytics/ AI etc.
- At least 4+ years’ experience in the core AI Solutions/ Digital Consulting role
- Good understanding of business operations and AI led transformation in BPS industry
- Strong consulting/ client facing experience of managing transformation/ consulting programs in offshore and client retained operations
- Domain/ business knowledge in one of the following industries- Insurance, Banking, F&A, HealthCare
- Exposure to Data Analytics/ emerging AI technologies in driving transformation and automation
- Experience in building financial models and business cases for AI solutions delivery/ implementation
- Ability to develop strong presentation and narratives that influence people to change
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Innovative and assertive, with the ability to pick up new technologies and assess situations quickly
- Strong sense of ownership and high attention to detail
- MBA/ Master’s degree in business or related field
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
