Job Title: Applications Developer

Period of Performance: One base year plus 3 optional years.
Scope of Work:
The Application Developer position is needed to provide technical expertise to meet the temporary contracted staffing needs of the OIC Information Technologies Unit. These services will be used to develop modifications and enhancements to the systems currently used by the OIC
Qualifications:
The Technical Applications Programmer must have at least two years of work experience in the following:
- Coding for systems in Visual Studio 2010, 2013, and 2019
- Web development including but not limited to HTML, ASP.net, Javascript, CSS,
- C# & Internet Information Services (IIS)
- Debugging code. Documenting code changes consistently throughout the developmental process
- Working with a team of developers to define new features and then code, test and integrate with existing systems
