Application Support Analysts

About the Role:

Applied Value Technologies is seeking Application Support Analysts to assist in the delivery of our mission- and business-critical application services with internal customers. Reporting into the Product Operations team, our goal is to deliver excellent technical support with outstanding customer service, satisfaction, and timeliness. This position is part of the Enterprise Engineering organization and requires a diverse and flexible skill set for supporting a wide range of applications within our client’s Commerce Engineering products portfolio. Candidates must be passionate about technology, live for amazing customer service, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

About you:

We are looking for someone to:

  • Provide efficient application support and administration, including incident resolution, change implementation, request fulfilment, and problem management follow up
  • Communicate proactively and professionally with stakeholders and partners
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and act on them
  • Thoroughly and accurately document problems and resolutions in service desk system and employee knowledgebase
  • Work proficiently with minimal daily guidance
  • Maintain a professional, collaborative, courteous, and respectful manner and provide high quality service to all users
  • Observe and comply with client's policies and procedures for Health and Safety at Work and Equality and Diversity

Some stuff you need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent professional work experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a technical application support role in a corporate environment working with on-prem, cloud, and SaaS applications
  • Thorough understanding of the ITIL process framework
  • Professional fluency in English required
  • Technical expertise with Oracle Fusion SCM modules or similar Supply Chain platforms
  • Functional knowledge of core Supply Chain processes (supply planning, inventory management, fulfillment, logistics, etc.)
  • Proven relationship skills that carry across the technical spectrum and multiple geographical locations
