Title: Application Development Analyst (SailPoint Identity IQ; JSON; Microsoft, DevOps) Duration: 1 Year + Location: Tallahassee, Florida Job Description The submitted candidate must be able to perform the following duties and/or tasks: 1. Work as a senior developer on the needed revisions and implementation of the SailPoint Identity IQ software. 2. Responsible for full lifecycle application development. Ensure code is written to implement the architecture and design such that it meets standards in terms of code quality and efficiency. 3. Fully unit test all solutions prior to User Acceptance Testing and implementation. 4. Initiate, drive and deliver effective experiences in partnership with distributed cross-functional teams to ensure all aspects of the architectural vision are communicated, supported, and delivered to the highest standards; align development initiatives with Department development vision, strategy and deployment 5. Provide expert direction on SailPoint Identity IQ development and implementation methodology. Job Specific Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs) The submitted candidate must be able to apply common knowledge, skills, and abilities in the following areas: 1. Knowledge of the principles, practices and techniques of maintaining existing computing applications 2. Knowledge of relational database theories and concepts 3. Knowledge of Windows (winforms, webforms, MVC, ASP, batch console, WCF, Class Library) 4. Knowledge of Z/OS mainframe computer systems and supporting software such as Time Sharing Option (TSO), Job Control Language (JCL) and Interactive System Productivity Facility (ISPF) 5. Ability to work independently in the technical analysis, evaluation and resolution of custom-written computer application production issues or problems, with little or no assistance, and to make decisions and recommendations to remediate those issues or problems 6. Ability to plan, organize, coordinate, and prioritize work assignments for him/herself or lower level analysts 7. Skill in accurately estimating time requirements for computer programming tasks in a computer application maintenance environment 8. Translates high level business requirements into detailed business requirements and/or functional specifications. 9. Ability to work effectively with Project Managers, Business Analysts, Data Analysts, and Technical Architects to build efficient, viable solutions in the maintenance of business applications utilizing all established departmental standards 10. Ability to analyze processes and workflows to design efficient information solutions 11. Ability to prepare complex computer program specifications 12. Ability to prepare computer program test plans 13. Ability to interact and collaborate directly with customers, technical staff, and management 14. Skill in interpreting and communicating technical information both verbally and in writing 15. Ability to develop and manage technical documentation in accordance with the Department's standards 16. Ability to determine and document business rules/logic and database actions 17. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office 18. Knowledge of server environments 19. Knowledge of Citrix 20. Skill with programming languages (SQL, COBOL, JCL, DOS scripting, Focus) 21. Skill with database platforms (DB2, Oracle, SQL Server) 22. Skill with database tools (SQL Developer, SSMS-SQL Server Management Studio, Z/OS SPUFI) 23. Skill with Active Directory security 24. Skill with Z/OS mainframe RACF security General Knowledge Skills and Abilities (KSAs): The submitted candidate must be able to apply common knowledge, skills, and abilities in the following areas: 1. Emergency duty required of the incumbent includes working in special needs or Red Cross shelters, or performing other emergency duties including, but not limited to, responses to or threats involving any disaster or threat of disaster, man-made or natural.
