Responsibilities:
Sr. API Developer for the Behavioral Targeted Offers Phase 3 project to support the evolution of the Email API and develop the new APIs that will be added to the CRM and BTO offerings.
Behavioral Targeted Offers (BTO) is the Santander real-time campaign system. The goal of this project is to enhance the system enabling real-time inbound next-best action, real-time outbound customer messaging (email, text messaging, push notifications), incorporation of servicing messaging, and greater insight into customer activity to deliver more personalized and relevant communications across all channel.
The main responsibilities are, but not limited to:
- Work with the Santander API Governance and BTO teams to define the new APIs.
- Document new CRM and BTO APIs and get contract sign-off
- Develop API in the Santander Mulesoft platform being compliant with all policies
- Participate on design sessions with other team members and contribute to technical design documents
- Support CRM and BTO teams during the implementation and end to end testing phases.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
- 5-10 years of overall experience
- Work experience of 7+ years developing APIs in Mulesoft (other platforms will be a plus but not required.) Also experience as Java backend development will be a plus.
- Experience on Marketing and/or Financial institutions is a big plus.
