Requirements:
1. Strong understanding of Angular.

> 3. Communicate effectively with other team members.
> 4. Ability to develop and test code in multiple environments, using established branching/release strategy.
> 5. Attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
> 1. Update screens with proposed changes in layout and style.
> 2. Create screens for areas of provider portal, based on existing functionality and new layout guidelines.
> 3. Provide time estimates for work assigned.
> 4. Track time for assigned work. Work within budget and deadlines.
> 5. Incorporate code review and layout review feedback, as well as any reported bugs and issues.
