Job Description :
Job Responsibilities:

Drive integrated teams to deliver technology solutions in support of key product initiatives by working closely with product owners, architects, engineers, and quality assurance
Work within and across teams to prioritize, plan, and execute the development schedule for major product releases
Track team velocity, financials, and OKRs in relation to the plan and published progress reports
Maintain dependency plans between planned sprints across technology teams and third-parties
Handle and appropriately address delivery impediments, risks, issues, and changes tied to the product development initiatives
Ensure outcomes across engineering teams are high quality and clearly detailed
Conduct scrum ceremonies and ensure that the team is continuously learning from the past
Act as the ultimate servant leader by contributing in any capacity to help the team succeed
Coach scrum team members in Agile methodologies
Seek opportunities to adopt innovative technologies
This “rebel with a cause” looks beyond the obvious for continuous improvement opportunities
Required Skills/Qualifications:

BS degree in Computer Science, Information Technology Systems or 4+ years work experience on a software development team
3+ years experience as a Scrum Master or Product Owner of an Agile team
2+ years experience with Salesforce in an Administrator, Project Manager or Developer capacity
Understanding of the Salesforce platform and its primary functions
Understand the testing cycle
Ability to learn new technology and embrace the challenge learning presents
A self-starter, comfortable talking through requirements in detail with business partners
Strong and current knowledge of web standards, new technologies and trends
Ability to think abstractly and deal with ambiguous/under-defined problems
Ability to enable business capabilities through innovation
An excellent communicator, both verbally and written
