Agile/Scrum Business Analyst

Description:
This Business Analyst role would be the Lead of the team and expected to perform all Scrum Master duties:
* Create Kick off deck
* Manage Architecture review
* Lead stand up
* Lead Sprint Review
* Lead Sprint Retro
* Lead sprint planning/grooming
* Have a month sponsorship check in
* Have a weekly Domain Stand up
This role you must create all appropriate documentation for these meetings, slide decks, Demos (both document and give), Burn up charts, timelines and flag any issues with management. It is your responsibility to manage the board confirming automation testing, manual testing and closing stories. As a BA you need to meet with the PO, System Architect, the SMEs, the Domain Analysts and define all of the requirements for the project including Process, Data flow, Connectivity. From those requirements you need to write all Epics/Stories, create wireframes and get approval of the wireframes. as the project progresses, you will need to manage scope and timelines, identify and help mitigate risks, meet with other teams to determine their requirements of your system. Also responsible for the go live plan, UAT, Training, Communications, Retirement of old systems, Data migration, Project Wrap up deck and support post go live.
