Title: Agile Project Manager [BizID#6731]
Location: Atlanta, GA (Local Preferred / Must be onsite on Day 1)
Requirements:
- 4+ years' experience in project/program management.
- 2+ years of Scrum methodology experience.
- Experience managing Scrum teams.
- Operational support management experience is mandatory.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Agile Methodologies experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written, verbal, listening and presenting)
- Should be able to analyze data and make presentations to senior management
- Develops strong, mutually respectful partnerships with stakeholders, manages expectations, and ensures effective communication for the audience, advocating for the project at all levels of the organization
- Proven ability to prioritize workloads and to manage multiple priorities with critical deadlines
- Create and maintain applicable KPIs to drive action based on results
- Solve or recommend changes to policies and established procedures to create more efficiencies and add value for the immediate team, larger organization and customers
- Telecom Experience is a plus
