Job Description :
Experience on Agile methodology or equivalent e.g. Scrum, TDD, Kanban plus lead trainer
5+ Years of experience with Agile team coaching
Facilitate sharing of Scrum, Kanban and Lean best practices through informal communication channels and/or formal training sessions.
Coach may also serve as Scrum Master
Coach teams on understanding their own velocity and capacity, sprint planning, retrospectives and ensure that they are inspecting and adapting.
Ensure adherence to agile methodology, including sprint ceremonies, backlog management and sizing
Coach where needed a regular scrum-of-scrum process to coordinate between teams, helping teams manage risks as they are revealed.
Coach and partner with scrum masters and release train engineers for regular communication channels for all stakeholders to understand realistic milestone targets, status, risks, dependencies, and mitigation.
Strong knowledge of business value driven innovation
Excellent organizational and communication skills with proven ability to identify problems and enable solutions.
Ability to consult and facilitate in leading technical teams in the adoption and improvement of Agile methodologies.
Bachelors in Computer Science or related technical field or equivalent practical experience
