Role-Agile Coach
Location -Plano Texas – Hybrid so local or someone that will relocate is a must
Duration - Contract
W2 or CTC

Requirements:

Bachelors in Computer Science, Business, Information Systems or related field of study.
Agile certification a plus.
8-10 years of IT experience.
3-5 years as an Agile Coach
Ability to coach across multiple teams.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the product owner and their team to prioritize delivery and clarify requirements
in terms of testability, consistency, and completeness
Facilitate backlog grooming and estimating when appropriate
Work with team to mature agile practices and events to “do them well”
Connect activities, techniques and process to Principles and Values: instill Lean Mindset
Provide support in PI Planning and User Story Refinement activities
Provide support to RTE as needed in facilitation of PI
Participate Sprint Planning and Retrospective Ceremonies
Calculate Velocity, Capacity and support Engineering Manager and Teams in providing ongoing
reporting
Attend Daily Stand Ups
Provide support to team members in removing/resolving obstacles and impediments
Provide facilitation support to Engineering Manager as needed
Conduct/facilitate team retrospectives, coach relentless improvement
Connect people for collaboration
Help address team impediments
