Position Description
The Client is looking for an experienced Agile Transformation Coach with a passion for Agile and Scrum and a strong focus on delighting customers. Someone who can take our teams, that work in the domain of data analytics, to the next level and is not afraid to be disruptive and challenge the status quo. You are aware of applying new ways of working on all levels of the organization. New ways of working not as a goal in and of itself but as a means to gradually bring us closer to our shared objectives. You are keen on improving agility and helping to make a profound and lasting change. You have worked with stakeholders before to understand what value can be obtained from using insights and knowledge derived from data. You are experienced in facilitating and identifying ways to successfully organize teams around that value and have them successfully collaborate on a common goal.You know how to interpret and intervene in the undercurrent (culture, mindset, and behaviors) of organizations. You are equally versed in working in the business as well as data analytics environments and know how to leverage both to collaboratively become more successful.
Your future duties and responsibilities
• Establishing a clear focus on the customer and the delivery of value sooner with higher quality.
• Acting as a change agent leading and implementing new ways of working across all levels and departments in an organization.
• Inviting the workforce to open up to new ways of working and incrementally become more effective in a fast-paced and ever-changing market.
• Applying techniques that enhance collaboration, predictability, and transparency and promote a culture of experimentation and innovation.
• Assessing the progress, identifying & resolving impediments, organizing coaching sessions at the team and organizational level.
• Engaging the Leadership team to help with increasing agility.
• Working together with a group of motivated agile practitioners to lead, train, and coach the team's in its' change effort.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role
• 10+ years of IT experience working on software development projects in any capacity.
• At least 8 years of verifiable experience in Agile Coaching, with an emphasis on transformation in data analytics in the last 3 years.
• Be knowledgeable and passionate about Agile and Business transformation.
• You have a strong point of view on how to make change sustainable and know how to adapt according to the specific context you're working in.
• Knowledge of and experience with introducing the shift from project to product and understanding how organizations transition to company-wide business agility.
• Knowledge of Continuous Delivery principles.
• Willing and able to contribute to Agile Communities of Practice in addition to coaching work.
• You have a no-nonsense and a can-do mentality.
• Official Agile Coach certificate, ICAgile-Agile Certified Coaching or equivalent.
