Job Description :

We are currently seeking an Agile Delivery Coach for the Global Manufacturing Digital Engineering Team.

Responsibilities:

Serve as a champion and evangelist of Agile mindset and principles and work to build agile fluency in everyone.

Increase delivery flow, transparency and customer engagement.

Build a culture of continuous improvement.

Ability to effectively engage and influence digital platform managers.

Interacts routinely with product managers, product owners and agile teams.

Ability to coach teams-of teams in PI planning, Scrum-of-Scrums/PO/Architecture syncs, system demos, inspect and adapt events.

Ability to coach agile teams in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, demos and retrospectives.

Required Qualifications/Skills:

Bachelor's Degree in relevant field of study

5-7 years of related experience

One or more expert-level Agile certification(s), e.g.. SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), ICAgileCertified Professional (ICP) etc.

Understanding of the principles of flow through a delivery system

Understands teaming development methods

Understanding of agile methodologies and frameworks

Instills confidence as a cultural change agent

Understands validated learning methods

Understands customer centricity & design thinking

Demonstrates systems thinking

Understands and demonstrates servant leadership

Understands business agility

Has a lean & agile mindset

Demonstrates empathy

Observant, active listener
