Job title: Agile Coach Location: Atlanta, GA Do you have experience leading Agile/Scrum teams and coaching teams in their Scrum adoption? We are looking for an Agile / Scrum Coach to help our Agile teams understand and implement Scrum and increase the productivity of our various Scrum teams. You will also be involved and work with Product Owners on user story development and prioritizing and organizing product backlogs to maximize ROI. At times, you may lead by example by facilitating and leading Scrum events as requested or needed. You will help coach our development teams in how to best organize themselves and best practices related to working together as an Agile team. To be considered a good match for this is new Agile /Scrum Coach, we would expect you to have the following skills and experience: (1) 3 or more years working as an Agile / Scrum Coach - working and teaching and leading Scrum teams. (2) Have over 5 years working as an Agile Coach and or other Agile related positions. (3) Have ACP or similar Agile coaching certifications. We are looking for more than just a Certified Scrum Master. (4) Experience with VersionOne This is a contract role to start that will initially be 6 months in duration but very likely to go longer. We expect to be back in our offices over the summer so you would be working from our offices in Atlanta at that time.
