Duration : 12 months Contract
Role Description :
Gather Business Requirements
Work with scientist to understand the current laboratory equipment.
Work with Technical and networking teams to define to-be networking architecture
Understand and prepare As-Is process, To-be process, Business process mapping & impact assessments
Collaborate with Technical team and take part in solutions design
Ensure that solutions concentrate on aspects of business need that are considered to be of highest priority by the business. Act as a change agent on software development projects as assigned
Desirable Skills:
8-10 Years of experience as a business analyst preferably in Life Science domain
Effective communication and written skill
Knowledge in Networking.
Experience in Pharma would be useful or at least some exposure to the way pharma labs operate would be helpful.
Experience or exposure to large scale IT projects where cross departmental collaboration is an important aspect.
Self-motivated, driven and excellent communicator
Education : At least a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience ) in Computer Science, Software/Electronics Engineering, Information Systems or closely related field is required
