Preferred relevant work experience 8 to 10 years
Strong knowledge in Windows 2008, 2016, 2019 including Active Directory.
Strong knowledge in O365 site including Azure AD, policies, and management
Experience working in Hybrid Active directory, and cloud-based Active directory
Very good knowledge in managing Domain controllers, GPO policies, DHCP, and other Active directory functions
Ability to Modify/Extend Active Directory schema.
Experience in Domain Migration and Consolidation using tools like (ADMT,QuestMigration Suites)
Managing - administration, support, maintenance, and monitoring of the O365 suite (Exchange Online and One Drive for Business)
Knowledge with AD, Domain controllers, DHCP, etc
Experience with ADFS, SSO
Should have experience in setup new domain controller, set up trust and migrate users and groups between domains
Must have very good communication and interpersonal skills to work with US clients.
Proven experience in IT infrastructure strategic planning and development and policy development.
Knowledge and understanding of information security standards and best practices (e.g. Network Security, Perimeter Security, Web Security, Endpoint Security, E-Mail Security, Data Security, System/Application/Database/Operating System Security and Active Directory Security)..
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge and understanding of Business Continuity Planning, Infrastructure and Application Disaster Recovery, and Security Incident Response
Team player with very good interpersonal skills and a track record of working closely with colleagues to achieve goals.
Experience MS Exchange, O365, cloud AD is a Must
Microsoft Certified is preferred
