Title : Accounting GL and AP Specialist

Note: This is a replacement position as the current person is leaving soon
Required Skills: Accounting, General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Inventory Experience and SAP.
Requires:
- Knowledge of accounting.
- Sound Accounting knowledge in GL and AP with inventory experience
- Accounting Graduate - must, CA/CPA preferred
- SAP experience or any other ERP
- Generic Pharma experience – Preferred not a must
- Work from office – 5 days at Somerset NJ
Job Description:
Experienced, degreed accountant to handle to handle high level accounting. Has experience at accounting with General Ledger and Accounts Payable at Inventory.
Uploaded daily bank activities utilizing SAP and ensured GL balance matched bank balance.
Responsible for Successful Month End Closing of assigned account.
Inter-company accounting posted invoice & performed monthly clearing and reconciliation.
Entered journal entries to post expense to appropriate account and also prepared adjusting entries.

Looking for a PERM candidate and also open for a TEMP who can join immediately and work till position is filled or may be a contract to hire.
