Project management or advisory experience in HCM Cloud / Workday, SAAS / Software as a Service, Human capital management / Human Resources / payroll / HCM security
Understand and analyze corporate initiatives and recommend best practices for process and HCM systems.
Manage resources to complete project activities and achieve milestones and related project deliverables.
Understand and analyze business requirements and recommend solutions to address issues
Manage project schedule and budget
Effectively interface with technical and functional teams
Evaluate, communicate and coordinate the project impacts of application HCM configuration decisions.
Collect and track issues and risks, communicate status to all key stakeholders and program management
Experience managing multiple projects with proven success
Familiarity with project management approaches and project lifecycles
