Job Title: Windows Server Administrator with L3 Support.

Location: Milwaukee, WI USA.

Duration: 12 Months+.

Start Date: ASAP

Area of Responsibility:

· Managing infra operational support (L3) team with size greater than 10.

· Strong Hands on Windows L3 support

· Regular interaction with client on operational issues.

· Close co-ordination with offshore/onshore counterpart.

· Decision making ability in critical incidents.

· Monitor the Installation of new / rebuild existing servers and configure hardware, peripherals, services, settings, directories, storage, etc. in accordance with standards and project/operational requirements.

· Install and configure systems such as supports infrastructure applications or Asset Management applications.

· Develop and maintain installation and configuration procedures.

· Contribute to and maintain system standards.

Education Qualification:

· Bachelors in Engineering

Knowledge and Skills:

· Infrastructure Windows Server Administrator with 6 plus years of overall experience in the areas of Windows Server Management, VMware Administration, Active Directory and Exchange Administration and Mobile Device Management.

· Hands-on experience of system administration of Windows server side infrastructure (Windows 2008, 2012, Server Hardware etc and associated technologies e.g. DNS, DHCP, WINS and Group Policies.

· Configuration and troubleshooting experience on breadth of technologies e.g. terminal servers, windows clustering, MS NLB, VMware, Hyper-V, Azure etc.

· Should have experience Managing MS Exchange Server at least 2010 and above, and be able to troubleshoot and resolve Server issues, User and Mailbox Management

· Should have experience managing Active Directory including deploying GPOs, Managing trusts, migrations and AD objects management

· Should be versatile with VMware ESXi Hosts administration including Host performance troubleshooting, patching and maintenance

· Should have worked on enterprise grade server hardware (Install , Configure and Maintain) Windows Server Management including knowledge across DNS, DHCP and DFS administration

· Should be ready to work in 16x5 shifts and ready for on call support

· Should understand ITIL processes
