Job description:
Install/configure/support the middleware/database/File Transfer/Certificates/NameScreening components under AML (Anti Money laundering ), Name Screening department, which is part of Global Compliance Area.
The person should be a quick learner and able to troubleshoot application using various OS and Middleware tools.
Person should have knowledge about Citigroup process and procedures to engage multiple teams and create Change tickets as required.
Should have the required knowledge to work on a mixture of Linux and Windows infrastructure.
Being part of infrastructure, other teams such as development/production support/ Test Environment Support team, will look for guidance to solve their issues.
Effective communication both written and spoken is a must, as the person will be interacting with application and support teams.
Willingness to work weekends and late-night support.
If he is selected, the person should be willing to work for at least 2 years.
