General Description
Responsibilities:-
- Adhering to SLAs
- Mentoring / Training Team Members
- Handling tickets / requests
- Perform root cause analysis
- Troubleshooting technical issues
- Defining processes and ensuring that the processes are adhered to
- Oversees and is responsible for successful completion of Installation, configuration and migration
- Ensure maximum uptime according to the SLA
- Understanding of Multi-geo support environment
- Responsible for building / maintaining a test environment
- Improves and maintains customer and employee satisfaction
- Suggests new technologies and design changes
- Monitoring and maintaining SLA requirements by the team members
- Testing / Auditing/processes as required from time to time
- Identify Skill gaps and plan for training / knowledge updating
Technical Requirements
Technical Requirements on Cisco Collaboration (Troubleshooting and Architecture) - Video L3 SME
8-10+ years of experience in Voice & Video Technologies, especially in Cisco Video technology and enterprise Voice network environment.
Excellent hands-on experience on Cisco Telepresence or Video conference portfolio.
Experience of Cisco VCS-C, VCS-E, TMS, ISDN gateways, MCU, and SBC for video conferencing is must
Troubleshooting and Operational experience on TMS, Conductor, MCUs, CTMS, Immersive Endpoints & ISDN gateways
Hands on experience on TMS application and architecture knowledge responsible for scheduling / managing meetings
Troubleshooting experience on Video Endpoints-Cisco CTS- TX, DX , EX, MX, SX, CTS 500, 1100, 1310, 3010, 3210, IX 5000, 5200
Hands on experience of scheduling meetings, multi party conferences, AD-Hoc & static conferences
Hands on experience on Cisco Telepresence Management Suite & TMSXE
Understanding and experience on Cisco Prime Collaboration Assurance, Prime Collaboration Provisioning
Experience with Polycom, Cisco/Tandberg, and other video conferencing equipment’s provider
Understanding of meeting rooms infrastructure like phones, Video cameras, Projector etc.
Working experience for Enterprise & Mid segment customer on Video platform
Understanding of Prime Collaboration manager/TMS, Video Analytics and Management
In Depth understanding of VCS Control and VCS Expressway i.e VCS Edge and VCS Core Clustering
Exposure of Video/Conferencing Consumption reporting tool - Vyopta Analytics
Experience on MSE Supervisor/MSE8710, MM820 Blades, Telepresence Conductor
PSTN Gateway for Telepresence Audio, Telepresence Content Server & Jabber Video Provisioning
In Depth understanding of Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) 10,11.X
In Depth understanding of Cisco Jabber/Registration process, troubleshooting and provisioning
Understanding of Cisco WebeX Meetings, Cisco WebeX Teams and Cloud deployments for conferencing, Integrated AV
Soft Skills
- Excellent communication and conversation skills (Verbal and Written)
- Good documentation skills
- Should have a excellent customer handling skills
- Able to handle high pressure situations
- High level of acceptance
- Can drive HCL’s value and its methodology
Other Skills / Experience
- Good to have experience on Prysm and Vyopta Analytics tool

Certification requirements
