REQUIRED SKILLS
Minimum of five years PeopleSoft experience
Lead-level knowledge of PeopleSoft Financials GL, KK, Projects
Experience working in Public Sector
Experience with PeopleSoft 9.2
Upgrade and implementation experience
Ability to work on all project phases
Solid understanding of setup tables, reporting, and integration of all modules
Solid understanding of processing requirements for modules in which candidate has expertise
Proven business knowledge as well as PeopleSoft specific functional knowledge
LEADERSHIP SKILLS
Effectively manages scope and client expectations on individual assignments
Follows through on all assignments and takes ownership of customer issues
CONSULTING SKILLS
Communicates clearly and effectively with clients, Sierra-Cedar account executives, and Sierra- Cedar management
